The FHP project
The FHP project represents an innovative element in the solid bulk cargo market in Italy.
The goal is to transform a highly fragmented sector, still reliant on traditional work models, into a structure that aligns with the evolving needs and sensitivities of the market and the industrial supply chains it serves. Key elements such as efficiency, service quality, environmental sustainability, digitalization, and stakeholder integration have become essential to supporting supply chains, all within a long-term vision of sustainable business management.
Thus, FHP is not merely a provider of port services but rather a key link in the logistics chain, enhancing the competitiveness of the national system. The project emphasizes scalability, service networking, high-level expertise, and a managerial approach focused on creating long-term sustainable value for both its clients and the territories in which it operates.
FHP’s strategic vision is supported by a management structure that not only brings the highest level of professional expertise but also embraces shared values aimed at fostering human, social, and environmental development. This enables FHP to uniquely leverage its network of operational bases and services, generating synergies with a strong focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, which are considered through a holistic rather than fragmented approach.
Within this framework, FHP has identified two key areas of intervention:
Support activities for assessing the implications of ESG factors, serving as a preparatory phase for defining an action plan to implement ESG principles effectively.
Specialized ESG training programs, structured within a methodological and strategic guidance framework, with a specific focus on providing operational tools for corporate personnel.
